We voluntarily and without membership obligation follow the code of honour of the Federation of International Detectives in our fee structure and position ourselves at the lower end of the recommended price range.

Please note: We can state the exact hourly rate applicable to your case only after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases you can expect €84.00. It is important to us, unlike many competitors, to follow a transparent fee scheme.

Detective Fees Recoverable

In legally relevant cases that are handed over to the courts, it is often possible to have the detective costs reimbursed by the person responsible for the problem, usually the subject. You again see how important it is to investigate in a legally secure and court-admissible manner. One thing is clear: if you pay an amateur investigator €5 or €10 less per hour upfront, but due to investigative errors you ultimately cannot obtain reimbursement of the detective costs in court, you will have achieved nothing in the end.

The Fee Model of Kurtz Detective Agency Frankfurt

No flat-rate expense calculation – billing here only according to actual and necessary effort.

 

No postage and telephone costs – these are basically included in the hourly rate and are not billed separately!

 

No costs for the use of conventional detective equipment – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, such as the deployment of a disguised surveillance bus, will, if required, be invoiced extra.

 

No special surcharges for weekend or night operations – one fixed hourly rate seven days a week, round the clock.

 

Fixed-price offers are available on request and only for clearly foreseeable workloads. For certain corporate assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is of course sensible.

 

If a contract is concluded together with a deposit covering the expected costs, you may, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on an interest-free instalment plan for payment of the outstanding invoice amount. Naturally without additional charges.
